The chart also includes information on whether a state is using HIOS or SERFF for those filings. The chart specifically details deadlines for on and off Exchange dental plans when provided by a state. View This Post January 25, 2022 Equitable Treatment Update NADP’s Commission on Advocacy Policy (CAP) continues to work with NADP’s consultants, Applied Policy, on statutory language that would reduce the administrative burdens of offering separate dental plans to cover pediatric dental coverage as required by the Essential Health Benefits. View This Post January 25, 2022 MOOP Increase Proposal The medical maximum out-of-pocket (MOOP) is indexed annually per the ACA, while the dental MOOP was initiated within HHS regulations and is not tied to a formula and therefore remains stagnant. DDPA has proposed a formula which ties correlates any dental MOOP change to the dental services CPI provided by the Bureau of Labor and Statistics with increases set at increments of $25 per child.
