Setup & Tear Down

Set up and tear down are not permitted from 5:00p on Monday, Sept. 23 through 2:00p on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

Ranking Process for Booth Selection

For order of booth selection, the Education Commission adopted a system of points including points for the month of contract or LOI, years of exhibiting, sponsorship level at the current conference and membership. For exhibitors that tie in point ranking the date of payment receipt will be used to break the tie. Draw usually occurs in early June. After draw selections are made at the point of receipt of contract and payment. (NOTE: After an absence from CONVERGE for two years, an exhibitor's point total for years of exhibiting is reset to zero.)
