NADP Contact Center Metrics Survey: The Contact Center Metrics Survey was last conducted in 2017. This survey covers company practices related to Contact Center Administration and Metrics. The study focuses on speed to answer, first call resolution, performance guarantees and web/internet-based inquiries.

NADP Plan Design Survey: This survey collects information about Annual and Lifetime Maximum levels, deductible levels, and information about the percentage of enrollment with products with special features. The report will be issued to participants only for a period of 60 days prior to the report being made available to other parties.

NADP Benefit Utilization Trend Survey – Q2 2021:This survey requests non-DHMO dental insurance completed, paid dental procedures per 1,000 enrollees by month, by state and by benefit sponsor (group, individual, and Medicare Advantage)

NADP Premium Survey: Previously the Financial Operations and Premium Survey had been distributed as a combined effort. This year the two components of the survey will be distributed separately. The Premium Survey collects information about average premium by product type, group size and at the state level. The report will be issued to participants only for a period of 60 days prior to the report being made available to other parties.

NADP Financial Operations Survey :This survey requests financial information from dental plans. Specifically, the dollar totals for premium collected, payments to providers, Administrative costs, Commissions paid, taxes paid and profit or loss. All data is collected by group size, non group and by product type.
The report will be issued to participants only for a period of 60 days prior to the report being made available to other parties.
