NADP recently released the 2021 Benefit Utilization Report. Apparent from the data in this report is that utilization patterns are returning to a pattern seen pre-pandemic. The report includes quarterly and calendar year data and percent change for Group and Individual insurance plans (DHMO excluded) nationally and for each state. It also includes the same data at the national level for Medicare Advantage products. The report is free to dental plan members and available at a reduced rate for all other members. NADP members that participated in the report also received an Excel formatted set of data tables with monthly data as well.
