NADP On The Move While the current pandemic curtailed travel for numerous March meetings, NADP continued to serve as the voice of the dental benefits industry to key stakeholders. NADP also advanced the industry by providing invaluable member resources. Meetings ADA CMC Dr. Charles D. Stewart, Aetna, Kristen Strasheim, Ameritas Life, and NADP Deputy Executive Director Timothy L. Brown represented the dental benefits industry at the recent American Dental Association Code Maintenance Committee meeting March 11-13 in Chicago. Attendees reviewed submissions for CDT 2021 revisions.
NCOIL NADP Executive Director Eme Augustini and Associate Director of Government Relations Artur Bagyants attended the spring meeting for National Council of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) March 6 – 8 in Charlotte, NC to voice industry opposition to provisions of the “Patient Dental Care Bill of Rights Model Act,” proposed by the American Dental Association.
