NADP Informatics Manager Brian Flynn represented the dental benefits industry to Health Level Seven International (HL7) during its 2022 Virtual Work Group event on May 12-13. HL7 is an ANSI-accredited standards-developing organization dedicated to providing a comprehensive framework and related standards for exchanging, integrating, sharing, and retrieving electronic health information that supports clinical practice and the management, delivery, and evaluation of health services.

On May 14, NADP Executive Director Eme Augustini presented Trends Affecting Dental and Dental Industry during the Group Underwriters Association of American Conference in Newport, Rhode Island. The mission of GUAA is to provide education and networking for the group insurance industry
