NADP Continues Prep for Equitable Treatment Fix While there is likely to be little to no political movement on ACA technical fix-it bills until after the Supreme Court decision on subsidies in late June, NADP continues to prepare for and vet language addressing the disparate regulations and APTC impacting on and off Exchange dental plans and issues related to “reasonable assurance” regulations. Language would be considered for insertion into any ACA related bill that follows the Supreme Court decision. Whether Republicans and Democrats can work together on ACA issues in a bipartisan manner, regardless of the outcome of the King v. Burwell, remains impossible to predict. So the potential adoption of language addressing dental industry issues is also tenuous. |
