The Administration announced, beginning Oct. 5, $20 billion in new Provider Relief Fund payments (PRF) will be made available. Phase 3 funds are available to all dental providers including those who received PRF payments in the first two rounds. If a provider previously received funding, they will receive an equal sum to their previous payment (2% of patient care revenue). New groups eligible for relief include chiropractors, vision providers, and residential treatment facilities. HHS is attempting to utilize its remaining PRF payments by casting a wide net on providers who were not previously eligible for relief. New applications will be accepted through Nov. 6.
