NCOIL will be holding an interim meeting of the Health and Long Term Care Committee on Friday, January 26, 2:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. CT. The purpose of this meeting is to continue the discussion and vote on the loss ratio model sponsored by Del. Steve Westfall. An updated version of the model act will be posted on the NCOIL website prior to the meeting.
