Missouri HB 100
Last week the Missouri Dental Association shared a draft amendment to HB 100, a bill originally on network leasing, which has expanded to include a 30-day notice requirement for a carrier to disclose "each specific health benefit plan" available and allowing a provider the ability to opt into each plan.
