In prior years, the NADP Consumer Tracking Survey was a sponsored project. Beginning with this year’s effort, the Board of Directors has agreed to fund the project to make the results more widely available to all members. To that end the Research Commission is seeking volunteers to form the Consumer Tracking Study Task Force. Your role will be to help develop a web-based survey instrument and help develop the report issued from the survey results. We are looking for volunteers from our entire range of members; past sponsors of the Consumer Tracking Study, companies that have not previously sponsored, dental plan members, and affiliate and supporting members. All we ask is that you bring some experience with Survey research (designing research programs, writing and designing survey instruments, writing survey research reports, and end users of survey research reports) and, in anticipating NADP’s needs for the coming year, we could use some expertise on Medicare Advantage plans.
