The Exchange Policy Workgroup (EPW) recently reviewed and updated the NADP Issue Brief
on “State Interpretations of Reasonable Assurance,” which outlines the
variety of approaches states have taken in clarifying federal guidance
for the offer of dental in the private market outside Exchanges. The
Issue Brief also served as the basis for an Infographic with Map
on state decisions, which was used in recent meetings on the Hill to
describe the landscape on this issue. Members are encouraged to use the
resources and share any new or updated information with NADP.
