The NAIC System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF) recently released a chart tracking the rate, form and plan binder filing deadlines
by state, which should be very helpful to carriers looking to certify
plans for offer on Exchanges in Plan Year 2016. The chart also includes
information on whether a state is using HIOS or SERFF for those filings.
The chart specifically details deadlines for on and off Exchange dental
plans when provided by a state.
