The 2021 NADP Benefit Utilization Report includes data on non-DHMO dental insurance paid dental procedures per 1,000 enrollees by month, by state and by benefit sponsor (group, individual, and Medicare Advantage). The report also includes trends in in-force enrollment by quarter.
