2021 Dental Benefits Reports Update
NADP continues to provide insightful research reports to help our members succeed.
Following is a brief update on recently published and upcoming reports.
NADP recently published:
- The 2021 Plan Design Report includes information about Annual and Lifetime Maximum levels, deductible levels, and information about the percentage of enrollment with products with special features.
- The 2020 NADP Benefit Utilization Report includes data on non-DHMO dental insurance paid dental procedures per 1,000 enrollees by month, by state and by benefit sponsor (group, individual, and Medicare Advantage). The report also includes trends in in-force enrollment by quarter.
In the coming week, NADP will publish:
- 2020 NADP Premium Report: The report will include information about average premium by product type, group size and at the state level
- 2020 Customer Contact Center Metrics Report: This report covers company practices related to Contact Center Administration and Metrics. The study focuses on speed to answer, first call resolution, performance guarantees and web/internet-based inquiries.
- 3Q2021 Benefit Utilization Report for participants only: This report includes data for non-DHMO dental insurance completed, paid dental procedures per 1,000 enrollees by month, by state and by benefit sponsor (group, individual, and Medicare Advantage).
