Whether distributed during Capitol Hill visits or used as a foundation for company presentations or CONVERGE sessions, NADP research reports add credibility and strength to any industry discussion. At the 2020 Leadership Conference, NADP lobbyist Lisa Layman of Hooper Lundy told attendees that Members of Congress love the NADP State Fact Sheets which feature a concise overview of key dental benefits industry data. The State Fact Sheets pull data from all published NADP surveys from the previous year. They are included in the “leave behind” information during Advocacy in Action appointments with elected officials and their staff and additional visits throughout the year. The success of the State Fact Sheets and all NADP research reports are only as good as the data member companies provide. More data means better data and a better representation of the industry. NADP uses the data you provide to help advance our advocacy goals, to inform speakers at CONVERGE and to add to the credibility and authority NADP brings to the conversation about dental benefits and access to dental care. Research News Networks Report Revamp Because recent legislation currently mandates procedures tracked in the administrative trends section, the 2020 edition of this report will include data about providers participating in networks and a special focus on alternate providers in dental plan networks. Advance Copy of Financial Operations Report NADP members who submitted data for the Financial Operations Survey will receive an advance copy of the report by the end of month –three months ahead of non-participants. Following the three-month embargo, the Financial Operations Report will be available to NADP members in the Knowledge Center.
