Member feedback is vital to the success of NADP’s Industry Research program. Recently, several plans that have participated in the quarterly Benefit Utilization Survey have requested that the frequency of the survey be reduced to once per year. To accommodate this request, the Benefit Utilization Survey will now be fielded annually in the first quarter of the year.
