On June 1, 2016 the
Credentialing Sub-WorkGroup and Operations WorkGroup kicked off the
Phase II Credentialing Pilot Program. Based on the success of Phase I
the Pilot was expanded to include additional NADP member DSO’s and
Payers. The Credentialing SWG was formed to see if an industry standard
of credentialing data elements and attestation questions can be agreed
upon and used in the Dental profession. The goal being to simplify the
process and credential a participating provider faster than the current
norm. Phase II includes tracking the forms and entering data into a
website that will collect measures and success rates. If you have any
