NADP is proud to announce Owen Urech has been promoted to Director of Government Relations. Owen previously served NADP as senior government affairs analyst and staff liaison to the Government Funded Programs Workgroup. Last year he worked closely with NADP members to coordinate the dental benefits industry response to congressional proposals on dental in Medicare, as well as engaging on issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and state regulatory activity.
Owen graduated from American University in 2018 with a degree in political science specializing in American government and is currently a Master of Public Policy candidate at the University of Texas at Dallas. His graduate research focuses on the origins of national health systems.
