The New Mexico Office of the Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) issued a response to feedback from stakeholders on its proposed minimum standards rule for dental and vision benefits products.

Several notable changes requested by NADP during the OSI hearing and in written comments were addressed in OSI’s response, including a change in the effective date, which lengthened the time for plans to come into compliance with the rule’s requirements.
