At the X12 Fall Meeting, Sept. 28-Oct. 3, Dental Informatics Director Brian Flynn ensured the unique needs of dental plans were considered during the development of electronic transaction standards. The meeting was held in Greenville, South Carolina.

Oral Health Symposium

Executive Director Mike Adelberg attended and spoke about Medicaid dental benefits at an oral health meeting convened by the Acting Dean of the Columbia University of School of Dental Medicine.

Better Medicare Alliance (BMA)

Executive Director Mike Adelberg and Federal Affairs Analyst Keri Shepherd monitored key Medicare Advantage updates for their possible impact on dental benefits at the Medicare Advantage Leadership and Policy Forum on Oct. 15 in Washington, D.C.
