As
the COVID-19 situation changes on a daily basis, NADP continues to
operate in service to our members and the industry without disruption.
Utilizing work-from-home technology, NADP staff are able to access all
systems necessary to provide member services and resources. Likewise,
members can access web-based resources and contact NADP staff directly
by email or phone.

Moreover, our
association has quickly and creatively produced resources to help
members during this unprecedented time. Examples include:

COVID-19: NADP Member Briefing and Panel Discussion

Last week 255
member contacts joined NADP for its free member webinar on COVID-19 to
hear from panelists addressing business, compliance, actuarial and
provider topics. If you were unable to attend the live presentation of
this webinar, the recording is available at no cost in the NADP Knowledge Center (Login required).

NADP COVID-19 Open Forum

At the onset
of the pandemic NADP created a dedicated, members’ only forum for
discussion of common challenges regarding the virus. The forum is open
to all NADP members by selecting this link
then clicking the “Join Community” button on the left-hand side of your
screen. The forum currently includes 365 members and the following
