Pennsylvania HB 1585 is scheduled to be heard by the House Health Committee on Wednesday, October 18. An amendment to the existing bill language will be offered at that time, which offers a number of fixes, including removal of Section 6(a)(3) related to teledentistry reimbursement at negotiated rates and updates to Section 6(a)(2).
