NCOIL Releases Interim Meeting Agenda and DLR Model Amendment
This morning, NCOIL released a notice for an interim meeting of the Health and Long Term Care Committee on Friday October, 6 at noon ET. The agenda for the meeting includes a redline of the proposed Dental Loss Ratio model which would amend it to a DLR reporting and outlier remediation structure instead of a mandatory DLR. The interim meeting will be held on Zoom.
