As leading national, state, tribal, and local organizations concerned about the health and well-being of America’s children and pregnant women, we are writing to urge you to turn your attention as, quickly as possible to enacting a long-term funding extension of the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). CHIP funding is currently set to expire on September 30, 2017.
