Colorado: SB 23-179 Draft Rule and Stakeholder Meeting

The Colorado Division of Insurance is drafting rules related to the implementation of SB-179, the loss ratio reporting bill that passed in June. The bill also included language related to dental plan ID cards, and we have attached a copy of the drafted impact to the statute. the Division of Insurance will be hosting a stakeholder meeting on October 5, 2023 from 3:00-4:00 pm MT regarding the establishment of DLR reporting requirements. This meeting will give stakeholders the opportunity to provide comments and feedback on what issues the Division of Insurance should consider when drafting regulations to implement the DLR reporting requirements.
