On March 24, the Biden Administration extended the ongoing Affordable Care Act (ACA) special enrollment period (SEP) by three months on the federal exchanges.
The SEP is now set to end on Aug. 15 instead of May 15.
- The American Rescue Plan Act that expanded ACA subsidies will take into effect on April 1.
