Drive Booth Traffic. Make an Impact. CONVERGE 2026’s First-Ever Service Project Needs You.

What if one simple decision could drive more traffic to your booth and make a real difference in someone’s life?

We’re inviting CONVERGE 2026 exhibitors to be part of something new and meaningful.

What we're doing:

We’re creating hygiene kits for the United Way of Central Indiana, serving the ALICE population: Asset-Limited, Income Constrained, Employed.

These are working families, nurses, truck drivers, and retail workers living paycheck to paycheck, one car repair or medical bill away from crisis. A hygiene kit won’t solve that, but it’s a tangible reminder that this industry shows up.

Attendees will collect items from participating exhibitor booths as they visit the Discovery Zone, complete their kits, and drop them at registration for a prize drawing.

How it works:

  • Attendees pick up a collection bag at registration.
  • They visit participating booths to gather hygiene items such as toothbrushes, soap, shampoo,
    and more.
  • It becomes a passport-style scavenger hunt. The more booths they visit, the closer they get to
completing their kit and earning a prize entry.
  • Each booth hands out one item. NADP will provide the products and deliver them directly to your booth.
  • Completed kits will be donated to United Way.

What you get:

  • Guaranteed booth visits from attendees motivated to complete their kits.
  • Named recognition as a community partner in NADP’s post-event press release, distributed to the full membership.
  • A story your team can tell and your customers will notice.

Tell us you're in!
We want every participating booth to be set up for success so we’re asking just two quick questions to finalize logistics and make sure your products are ready and waiting when attendees arrive.

How you can participate:

  • Contribute $100 or more to cover the products in the hygiene kits
  • Participate by handing out hygiene kit items at your booth
