NADP Monthly Volunteer Group Updates
As part of our 2026 focus on improving cross-workgroup collaboration and visibility, the Communications Work Group is launching a simple monthly update process for all NADP workgroups. Each month, we ask Chairs or Staff Liaisons to post a brief update in the Chair and Vice Chair Dental Interact community that outlines the top three priorities, a one-sentence status update for each, and a GREEN, YELLOW, or RED designation to indicate progress. This is not intended to replace minutes or formal reports. The goal is to provide a quick, consistent snapshot of what each group is working on and to highlight opportunities for cross-collaboration across NADP.
Status Key
- GREEN: On track. No issues impacting timeline or objectives.
- YELLOW: Minor risk or delay. Monitoring and adjusting as needed.
- RED: Significant risk, barrier, or delay requiring attention or support.
- BLUE: No change since last update.
