The panelists will discuss the main topics they see from Network Leasing and ways to improve these challenges for all parties\, ultimately resulting in a better patient experience. \n\nValerie DeBruin\nVP\, Specialty Benefit Sales\nCareington International\n\nValerie DeBruin\, Vice President of Specialty Benefit Sales\, began her career with Careington International Corporation in 2008. During her tenure\, she has held leadership roles in Sales\, Account Management\, Product Development and Network Development. In her previous role as VP of Network Operations\, she helped Careington’s expansive national discount and PPO provider networks experience tremendous growth and widen client opportunities. As VP of Specialty Benefit Sales\, Valerie brings her years of dental expertise and experience to the sales team and provides unique benefit solutions and product selection strategies to market. \n\n\nAndy LaCour\nManager\, Dental Network Partnerships\nUnited Concordia Dental\n\nWith over 21 years of experience at United Concordia\, Andy LaCour has built a career focused on fostering strong relationships and driving strategic partnerships within the dental network space. As Manager of Dental Network Partnerships\, Andy leads a team dedicated to supporting external partners who lease UCD’s dental networks across the country\, including private insurers and Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations. His team plays a crucial role in managing these unique relationships and overseeing data exchanges that support partner dental plans. \nSince joining UCD in 2003\, Andy has held various roles\, including customer service representative\, supervisor\, partnership lease consultant\, and partnership manager. His deep expertise in network partnerships and commitment to delivering value-driven solutions have shaped his approach to collaboration and customer support. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Penn State University. \n\nKathy Larkin\nSr. Manager Regulatory Oversight & Compliance\nDearborn Group\n\nKathy has over 40 years of legal and regulatory experience\, including HMO\, Medicare\, Medicaid\, Life\, Disability\, and dental network compliance.  In her current role\, Kathy oversees regulatory compliance for the Dearborn Group and its affiliates\, including Dental Network of America and DenteMax.  She is also an Ethics Ambassador\, Civil Rights Coordinator\, Risk Chair\, and Divisional Privacy Officer for the Dearborn National enterprise. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Religious Studies from Rochester College. She also has a Master of Science and Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Central Michigan University. Kathy has received the NADP Star Award three times\, won the NADP Galaxy Award\, and is a Gabryl Award nominee.    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n
