Dominion Dental Services (Dominion), a leading provider and administrator of dental and vision benefits headquartered in Alexandria, Va., is pleased to announce that it has named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Davis as its new President.

Davis, a co-founder of the company and a long-term senior executive, succeeds former President Mitch McGlynn, who retired April 1st.
“Mike Davis will continue to lead Dominion to new levels of success as President and COO,” said Debra Cohen, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Capital BlueCross, Dominion’s parent company that acquired Dominion in December 2008 to serve more customers with expanded services. “He has been vital in establishing Dominion’s operations since its inception and has a solid track record of accomplishments. We are confident that Dominion will thrive under his leadership.”
